My philosophy: truly understanding the biomechanics of the golf swing is the key to both consistency and enjoying this beautiful game.
Hello, my name is Martin – but everyone calls me Martini. I am a father and live with my family in Gurgl.
I started playing golf 25 years ago in Australia while working as a ski instructor at Mt. Buller ski resort. Some colleagues even asked me to caddie for them – carrying a backpack full of beer. The Mansfield Golf Club was relaxed, welcoming, and beginner-friendly. From my very first swing, I was drawn to golf, and it has since become my lifelong passion.
I became a certified Golf Pro after completing my PGA training between 2010 and 2012.
What I love about golf is its strong biomechanical similarities to skiing—a principle that also forms the foundation of my teaching. I offer Platzreife (course permit) training, short sessions, and private lessons for both kids and adults every spring and autumn at GC Trnava in Slovakia.
Wishing you a great game – see you on the course!
